Listen to never-heard-before clips right here on this blog post. Three weeks after the paperback and Kindle versions of Elixir of Sleep were published, I was seriously starting to wonder what was delaying my audiobook. Seems it was being “checked” by Amazon for ages, but suddenly everything shifted. Overnight, it’s out in the world!

Tip

For a lucid dream, listen to this audiobook as you fall asleep. Allow my voice to guide you into shimmering lucid spaces. Here’s a clip where I talk about how to access infinite consciousness during the sleep cycle.

As you’ll notice, I narrated this audiobook myself. The funny thing is, the work of reading a book aloud for hours on end somehow impregnates your own voice into your head.

As the recording days stacked up, I found myself hearing my own voice narrating in my dreams. It wasn’t always narrating the audiobook, either. In dreamland, it seemed my audiobook voice could hold forth about anything; the colour of the sparkles on a dream lake, or the erratic flight of a yellow dream bird. Another fascinating insight into the way day residue crops up when we’re asleep and dreaming, and the way sounds enter dreams.

Tip

Become a sonic dreamer. Dive into the lucid art of sonic dreaming with this 5-minute clip. Elixir of Sleep is packed with original practices like this one to expand your experience of sleep and lucidity.

I’m glad the audiobook is done, dusted, approved, and out there ready to wake people up to the incredible power and wonder of sleep. You can listen on iTunes, Audible and Amazon.

Since this audiobook is 100% my creation – I wrote the book and recorded the audio version in my home studio – you will be supporting my work by listening to the audiobook and leaving a review if you enjoy it.

May this book ease you into the creative, healing, multifaceted beauty of sleep, lucid dreaming, and radiant rest.
