The other week, I was invited to BBC Radio London to talk about my new book, Dream Therapy: Dream your way to health and happiness.
The presenter, Jo Good, remarked how “cruel” dreams can be after someone you love dies, so I described how dreams can in fact help us to heal from grief.
Dream Therapy is about empowering people to become their own dream therapists, so we steered clear of dream interpretations and the conversation bounced into some interesting areas, like wobbly tooth dreams, lucid fist-clenching experiments, nightmares and the existential dreams of early childhood.
