A talented and highly conscious TV crew based in L.A and Taiwan shot a three-part show on lucid dreaming with me. The shows, with Supreme Master TV, have been translated into 20 languages. Here’s the first one, where I discuss the awesome experience of lucid dreaming, tips for getting lucid, and the potential of lucid dreaming for healing PTSD trauma.
