We’ll explore the creative, healing, transformative and spiritual aspects of lucidity in a small group in stunning nature.
It’s a lucid holiday with a fascinating and supportive family of like-minded dreamers.
All are warmly welcome and there is no “requirement” to already be a lucid dreamer – please come as you are.
As many participants wish the retreat lasted longer, we now offer this 4-day Lucid Dreaming Retreat.
Includes workshops on Transformative Lucidity, Healing, Sleep, Conscious Death & Dying, Hypnagogic Imagery, Spiritual & Ancestral Lucid Dreaming.

The retreat starts at 6pm on Tuesday, 19 May, 2026, with a lucidity ritual and dinner all together.
We then dive deep for the next few days (details and schedule in Welcome Pack).
Officially, the tuition part of the retreat ends at 2.30pm on Saturday 23 May, but we are planning a lovely private lucid dream party that night with a group dinner and our own DJ in our retreat villa, so do stay for the final night if you can for this special end of retreat gathering!
So we recommend you stay five nights (Tuesday 19 May – Sunday 24) to get the full retreat experience.

Deposit for Lucid Dreaming Ocean Retreat in Portugal
This deposit saves you a spot on the 4-day Lucid Dreaming Ocean Retreat in Carvoeiro, a coastal village on the Algarve coast of Portugal, May 19-23, 2026. This deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy
If Dr Clare Johnson cancels the Lucid Dreaming Retreat or cannot be present for any reason, you will of course be refunded tuition fees and deposit in full.
If you cancel any time after booking, your 149 euro deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel after March 15, 2026, there is no refund on any tuition fees unless you find a new attendee to take your place. You will lose your deposit, but the rest of your tuition fees will not be lost – you can choose to put the remainder towards a future retreat or workshop.

About Dr. Clare Johnson
Dr. Clare Johnson is a world-leading authority on lucid dreaming and was the first person in the world to do a PhD on lucid dreaming as a creative tool.
Past President of the International Association for the Study of Dreams, and the author of seven dream books, she has dedicated her entire life to exploring consciousness, lucidity, and the healing bliss of liminal sleep states.
